A trainer, a builder, a lifelong student.

I'm Melek Maaroufi — a trainer, entrepreneur, and brand designer based in Tunis, Tunisia. Over the past several years I've helped more than 200 aspiring entrepreneurs go from idea to launch through structured training programs, one-on-one coaching, and hands-on consulting.

My work spans three companies: I serve as CEO of NessLek 360° (a full-stack digital agency), CMO of GenAlpha (a next-generation venture), and co-founder of LiLy's Aquariophilie (a Tunisian aquatic retail business I co-founded in 2020). Each role draws on a different muscle — strategy, brand, operations — and together they shape how I teach.

I hold 43 professional certifications from Google, IBM, HP Life, University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and others. I've been recognized internationally with two awards for green-economy initiatives. I speak English, French, Arabic, and Russian fluently, which lets me adapt training programs to different audiences across Tunisia, MENA, and beyond.
